June has officially become the Pride month. There are hundreds of Pride activities, big or small, all over the world. Despite the fact that George W. Bush repeatedly refuse to recognize June as Pride month in the United States, millions of homosexuals march in parade, dance in party, out to film fest to celebrate Pride month. It is like: hey we are 17, we want to party, we know what we are doing so fuck you mom and dad if you do not approve with my lifestyle!
Gay community has been more tolerance (though there is much to debate about it) than others, you often see people in different interests, shapes and fetishes, out and show off their tricks. We accept a 6-foot man in 6-inch heels. Many right wing conservatives and homophobias attack the community with statement like: Look, they are all freaks. They would go to hell and god do not agree with their behaviors! So, who are they to judge? If what they say is true, there's definitely a need for a gay god.
We have our Pride events, publications, community centers, and film festivals etc. We demand our very own god! We want a god that does not judge us for having too many sex partners, men dressing like women, attend the drug filled circuit parties etc. To many religious leaders, the fundamental idea of love affairs between two members of the same sex is sinful. Therefore, most things done by these people are wrong. Talk about being judgmental, they simply the most judgmental people. Gay men often look upon as outcasts in the society. Looking back, aren't Buddha, Jesus once a outcast too?
I advocate for the gay prophets, the gay Jesus to enlighten the humanity! Otherwise, homosexuals will never go to heaven. Is there a gay heaven then? Where there is never ending party, where fountain of Martini never ran dry; where boys are all god-like, where Judy Garland is worship on altar?
