It is almost end of summer. Dupont Circle still all fenced-up for the renovation of the fountain. As I can remember, the works started back in March right after the bitter winter. It has been over 5 months now, before long, winter is on its way again. Like I always criticize those 3rd worlds, or rather any inefficient government body, this city's government will be my jokes often in the future. We trade summer fun in the park for another poor government joke, worth it?
